Last night, a group of junior high and high schoolers wrote "Welcome Back" letters to former teachers who have impacted their lives. I will get to deliver them in the coming week so that the teachers will have a nice morale booster when they come back.

This week I'd like to highlight John Bettencourt, who is the Principal of Oakdale Heights in Oroville. John has been in education for 26 years, with the last 7 as Principal at Oakdale. Being a principal is a very rewarding and challenging job.
