PEP's September Newsletter
Hello PEP friends and supporters!
Great Start to the School Year!
It is hard to believe that the 2024-2025 school year has been in full swing for over a month! PEP was able to welcome back hundreds of educators with treats and “Welcome Back!” postcards, written by a local youth group. The schools were so thankful for the thoughtful support!
As I shared in the Annual Update in August, we raised $20,000 last year, impacting thousands of students and educators, and we are looking forward to doubling the support this coming year. Through our first month, we have already raised over $5000! Read on to see some of the opportunities we are involved with in the next couple of months:
-Provide a Teacher Wishlist at Parkview Elementary, which will focus on purchasing supplies and resources that focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) instruction.
-Partner with Kevin Baker Allstate Insurance Agency and other local insurance offices to provide classroom supplies for McManus and Citrus Elementaries.
-Share about the need of a Max Move Lift for Paradise High School, which will help staff transfer medically fragile students in campus settings.
-I’d love to connect with our local car dealerships. If you have a connection, please let me know because I have a great idea on how they can partner with schools!
Again, without your donations, we would not be able to impact students and educators. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your generosity!
We are always looking for people and businesses interested in joining our mission. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to help out with the opportunities shared above. If you would like to support PEP, please click on the link below. Also, I would love for you to share our mission with others in your sphere of influence who you think would like to join our mission.
Bridge Builder,
Todd
