PEP was created to be a bridge between schools and the community. Our team is committed to building strong relationships with schools and community partners. We believes that when schools and the community work together, all students can succeed! We work hard to create a collaborative and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Todd has been involved in public education for 33 years in Southern and Northern California as a teacher and administrator. He created PEP to support schools in ways that are difficult for school staff to accomplish on their own in the hope that all students and staff would benefit.
Keri has been involved in the medical field as a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years. Currently she works in a local medical organization and manages a state program that supports pregnant mothers about to give birth and follow up with their newborns.
Jessica's background in education, specifically special education, provides her a unique perspective on the challenges of students and school staff. Her work in managing non-profits provides PEP with expertise in operating policies and procedures.
Chris has been a church and community leader in Chico since 1994. His heart is to support community leaders and see the needs of people met both locally and internationally.
Rick brings decades of business experience and expertise to PEP's Board of Directors having been a business leader in California and currently in Washington State, in the greater Seattle area.
