PEP honors Chapman Elementary staff

Today, PEP partnered with Tao, owner of Bidwell Perk and Jon, owner of the Chico Crumbl Cookie shop, in showing appreciation to the staff at Chapman Elementary. It is such a good feeling for educators to know that their community appreciates what they are doing to support the academic and behavioral achievement of its students.
