Celebration of 2024, Anticipation for 2025!

As we all have heard before, January is a time to think about plans for the coming year. While I agree, I also think it is important to celebrate what was accomplished the previous year. I am so excited about the connections that were made last year, the encouragement that was provided to schools, and the tangible support that directly impacted schools!

Here are a few things that have happened this past year to support students and educators:

-Generous donors gave close to $30,000.

-We hosted Teacher Wishlist opportunities in four schools.

-We provided encouragement, treats, and classroom and school resources to over 20 schools in Chico Unified, Biggs Unified, Oroville City Elementary, and Paradise Unified school districts.

-We were supported by local businesses Beatniks, Sweet Beans, Bidwell Perk, and Cal Java East Ave. coffee shops, Shuberts, Savor, Flick of the Whisk, Upper Crust, Crumbl Cookies, The Cookie Shoppe, Cinemark Tinseltown, Andy’s Embroidery, Kevin Baker Allstate Agency, Digitalresults.tech, Busy Balance, Jubilee Church, Sonrise Christian Center, LifeChurch Chico, Donut Tree in Oroville, and the local Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. Most of these organizations gave either discounts to products or donated resources for free.

As we look forward to the next six months before the current school year ends, we have three Teacher Wishlists planned. Each of the wishlists can cost up to $5000, so if you’d like to partner with us to help students receive a quality education and help make educators feel supported by their community, please click on the donate button. Thank you for your donations that make this possible!

Bridge Builder,

Todd
